✨ FACIAL TREATMENTS
What happens during my first facial appointments?
Your appointment begins with a skin consultation where we discuss your skin concerns, goals, allergies, and current skincare routine. Your therapist will then recommend the most suitable facial for your skin type.
Do I need to remove my makeup before my appointment?
No. We’ll professionally cleanse your skin before your treatment, so you can arrive wearing makeup if you wish.
How often should I have a facial?
For general skin maintenance, we recommend every 4–6 weeks. If you’re treating acne, pigmentation, or signs of ageing, your therapist may recommend a customised treatment plan.
Can I wear makeup after my facial?
For relaxing and hydrating facials, it’s best to avoid makeup for the rest of the day if possible. After advanced treatments such as chemical peels, microneedling, or dermaplaning, avoid makeup for at least 24 hours.
What should I avoid after a facial?
Avoid heavy makeup for 24 hours (where advised), wear SPF daily, avoid excessive heat, saunas and swimming for 24 hours, keep your skin hydrated and follow the recommended home-care routine..

What is a lash lift?
A lash lift enhances your natural lashes by lifting and curling them, creating a fuller, longer appearance without extensions.
How long does a lash lift last?
Typically 6–8 weeks, depending on your natural lash growth cycle
Can I wear mascara afterwards?
Yes, but please wait at least 24 hours after your treatment.
What should I avoid for the first 24 hours?
• Water
• Steam
• Swimming
• Saunas
• Eye makeup
• Rubbing your eyes

What is HydraFacial?
HydraFacial deeply cleanses, exfoliates, extracts impurities, and infuses the skin with nourishing serums, leaving it refreshed, hydrated, and glowing.
Is HydraFacial suitable for all skin types?
Yes. HydraFacial can be customised for most skin types, including dry, oily, sensitive, and combination skin.
Will my skin be red afterwards?
Most clients experience little to no redness and can return to their normal activities immediately.
How long do the results last?
Results typically last 4–6 weeks with a good home skincare routine
🤎 BROW TINT & BROW SHAPE
How long does brow tint last?
The tint usually lasts up to one week on the skin and around 3–4 weeks on the brow hairs, depending on your skin type and aftercare
How often should I have my brows shaped?
Most clients return every 3–6 weeks to maintain their preferred brow shape.
Can I apply makeup after my brow appointment?
Yes, but it’s best to avoid applying makeup directly over the treated area for the rest of the day
🌿 CHEMICAL PEELS
What is a chemical peel?
A chemical peel uses professional exfoliating solutions to improve skin texture, pigmentation, acne, and signs of ageing by encouraging healthy skin renewal
Will my skin peel afterwards?
Some clients experience light flaking, while others may peel more noticeably depending on the treatment and skin condition.
Will my skin be red afterwards?
Most clients experience little to no redness and can return to their normal activities immediately.
Can I wear makeup after a chemical peel?
No. Please avoid makeup for at least 24 hours or as advised by your therapist.
What should I avoid after a chemical peel?
• Direct sun exposure
• Active skincare products (retinol, AHAs, BHAs)
• Picking or peeling the skin
• Hot showers, saunas, and intense exercise for 24–48 hours

How do I book an appointment?

What if I’m not sure which treatment I need?
No problem! Book a consultation or choose the treatment you feel is closest to your needs, and we’ll recommend the most suitable option during your appointment.
Do you require a deposit?
Some appointments may require a booking deposit to secure your booking
✨MICRONEEDLING
What is microneedling?
Microneedling stimulates your skin’s natural collagen and elastin production to improve skin texture, acne scars, enlarged pores, pigmentation, and fine lines.
Is microneedling painful?
A topical numbing cream is applied before treatment to maximise your comfort. Most clients describe the treatment as mildly uncomfortable rather than painful
What should I avoid after microneedling?
• Makeup for 24 hours
• Direct sunlight
• Sweating and exercise for 24–48 hours
• Swimming, saunas, and hot baths
• Active skincare products for several days
How many treatments will I need?
This depends on your skin concerns. Most clients benefit from a series of 3–6 treatments spaced 4–6 weeks apart.

🌸 DERMAPLANING
What is dermaplaning?
Dermaplaning gently removes dead skin cells and fine facial hair (peach fuzz), leaving your skin smoother, brighter, and better able to absorb skincare products.
Will my facial hair grow back thicker?
No. This is a common myth. Your hair will grow back with the same colour, texture, and thickness as before.
Can I wear makeup after dermaplaning?
It’s recommended to wait at least 24 hours before applying makeup.
Is dermaplaning suitable for everyone?
Dermaplaning is not recommended for clients with active acne, inflamed skin, or certain skin conditions. We’ll assess your skin during your consultation.

Is parking available?
Yes. Free street parking is available close to the studio
💆 MASSAGE TREATMENTS
What should I wear?
You’ll be provided with privacy while changing, and only the area being treated will be uncovered. Your comfort and modesty are always respected.
Do I need to bring anything?
No. Everything required for your treatment is provided
Can I have a massage if I’m pregnant?
Yes. We offer pregnancy massage for clients who have passed the first trimester. Please let us know when booking.
Will massage help with stress?
Absolutely. Massage can help reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, promote relaxation, and relieve everyday stress.

Is Aesthetic Heaven a ladies-only salon?
Yes. Aesthetic Heaven is a ladies-only home-based beauty studio, offering a private, comfortable, and relaxing environment where women can enjoy their treatments with complete peace of mind.
👶 CHILDREN
Can I bring children to my appointment?
To maintain a peaceful environment for all clients, we kindly ask that you attend your appointment without children unless they also have a booking.
❌ CANCELLATION POLICY
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may incur a cancellation fee or the loss of any booking deposit.

Should I tell you about allergies or medical conditions?
Yes. Please let us know about any allergies, medications, pregnancy, or medical conditions before your appointment so your treatment can be safely tailored to your needs.
Is everything sanitised?
Absolutely. Your health and safety are our priority. All tools, equipment, and treatment areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between every client, following strict hygiene and infection control standards.
